The 30,167 sf freestanding building sits on 2.39 acres on a busy commercial artery surrounded by the Northwoods Mall, Target, Walmart, Home Depot & Lowe's. hhgregg, Inc. operates 105 consumer electronics stores in 9 states. The publicly traded company has sales in excess of $1.25 billion. The all cash sale price was $5,593,000. The Silver Group was the only broker involved in this transaction
