Barry Silver, principal with The Silver Group proudly reports the sale of a single tenant, un-subordinated ground lease in Chardon, Ohio. The property consists of a one acre out-parcel to the Meadowlands Town Center with a 22 year, absolute net ground lease from Home Savings. Home Savings is a subsidiary of the United Community Finance Corporation. Anchor tenants in Meadowlands Town Center are Walmart and Home Depot. The sale price was $800,000. The Silver Group was the only broker involved in the transaction.
