The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Dollar General Store located in Vanceburg, Kentucky

Barry Silver, president of The Silver Group proudly announces the sale of a Dollar General retail store in Vanceburg, Kentucky. The property consisted of a 9,014 square foot single story building on 1.29 acres of land. Greg Cunha was the lead broker of this transaction. "The Buyer lives near the Dollar General and was very comfortable with both the tenant as well as the return on his investment." says Cunha.
