The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Walgreens in Thornton, Colorado

The Silver Group has sold a Walgreens Drugstore located in the northern Denver suburb of Thornton, Colorado. The property was originally developed in 1994 and sold by Barry Silver to the Seller. After owning this asset for 14 years, the Seller decided he wanted to redeploy his capital into a new, long term, absolute net property. Silver sold the property for a nice profit to Walgreens Co.

The Silver Group represented both parties.
