CoStar awards Barry Silver and The Silver Group their 2009 Power Broker achievement award

Barry Silver and The Silver Group have once again been recognized for their exemplary brokerage performance during 2009 by the CoStar Group (NASDAQ - CSGP). For the second consecutive year, CoStar awarded Mr. Silver and The Silver Group with their 2009 Power Broker achievement award for Sales Transactions / Sales Volume. During 2009, Barry closed 16 single tenant sale transactions. Some highlights for the year include a $34,000,000 industrial property sale, 5 individual medical office building leased to an AA credit tenant and transactions of property leased to McDonald's, Red Robin, National Tire & Battery, hhgregg, Inc., and Advance Auto. The presentation was made at The Silver Group office in San Rafael, CA.
