CoStar awarded Mr. Silver and The Silver Group with their 2008 Power Broker achievement award for Sales Transactions / Sales Volume. During 2008 Barry closed 18 sales transactions highlighted by a $12,150,000 sale of a southern California TJ Maxx, a $9,300,000 Academy Sports, 3 Walgreens Drugstores and 3 National Tire & Battery locations. The presentation was made at The Silver Group office in San Rafael, CA.
