The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Walgreens in Aurora, Colorado

The Silver Group announces the sale of a new Walgreens Drugstore located in the Denver suburb of Aurora, Colorado. The property consists of a 14,820 sf building on 2.35 acres of land. The site is across the street from a 1.7 million sf "lifestyle center" and new residential sub-divisions. This sale marks the 51st Walgreens sold by Barry Silver.

The Silver Group represented both parties in this transaction.
