The Silver Group sells 12th National Tire & Battery

Barry Silver has completed the sale of a new National Tire & Battery in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park, Kansas. This transaction had to close weeks before completion of construction due to the Buyer's 1031 Exchange. Silver negotiated an agreement favorable to both parties.

This property consists of an 8,000 sf building on 1 acre, adjacent to a new Target store. The Buyer has done 18 single tenant transactions with Barry Silver.

The Silver Group represented both parties in this transaction.
