The Silver Group proudly announces the sale of a single tenant medical office building leased to a midwest hospital chain. The property consists of a 12,000 sf on 2.5 acres of land. Total consideration was just over $2,100,000. All parties in this transaction request specific details be kept strictly confidential. The Buyer obtained a new life insurance loan and funded the down payment from cash. This transaction marked the 20th acquisition or sale with this long time client of Barry Silver.
