The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Walgreens Drugstore in Houston, Texas

Barry Silver has sold a Walgreens Drugstore located in northwest Houston for $2,400,000.  Walgreens had 7 years left on the original 20 year term.  Silver sold this property originally in 1994, and was retained to resell the property.  The Seller moved his equity into a new single tenant property with a 25 year term.  The Buyer was from Southern California and wanted the credit of Walgreens.
