The Silver Group completes the sale of a Taco Bell located in Sacramento, California

The Silver Group listed and sold a Taco Bell ground lease in South Sacramento, California. The Property consisted of a 35,589 sf parcel of land improved with a freestanding Taco Bell restaurant with a drive through lane. The building was constructed by the tenant, an experienced franchisee operating multiple Taco Bell units in Sacramento. The location near Gerber Road and Power Inn Road, was selected for its significant traffic counts, proximity to Foodsco Supermarket, SaveMart Supermarket, McDonald's, Kragen Auto, Rite Aid Drugstore, Starbucks, ARCO AM/PM and a new traffic signal in front of the entrance. The Seller was an out of state developer and the Buyer was undisclosed. The Silver Group was the only Broker involved in the sale.
