The Silver Group completes the sale of a National Tire & Battery located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

Barry Silver proudly announces the sale of a National Tire & Battery (NTB) retail property in the Nashville, Tennessee suburb of Mt. Juliet. The building is currently under construction but with the Buyer's exchange deadline nearing, all parties co-operated to close the sale prior to completion.

NTB chose this location in front of a new Aldi Market and across from a new Lowe's Home Improvement / Walmart anchored retail center in this rapidly growing suburb. The Silver Group handled all negotiations between Buyer and Seller, both who were repeat clients of Barry Silver.
