The Silver Group completes the Sale of a Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Champlin, Minnesota

Barry Silver has sold a Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant located in Champlin, Minnesota for the 2nd time in 4 years. The corporate backed store had 11+ years remaining on the original 15 year primary term. Although this was a well located investment, the Seller opted to resell this property to invest the equity into a larger single tenant property.  The Silver Group represented both Buyer and Seller.
