The property was constructed in 2012 as a build to suit development for Starbucks who has a lease through 2022. This is reported to be a high volume store due to its proximity to a number of nearby medical facilities and medical offices. The property was purchased by a west coast family completing a tax-deferred exchange. The Seller developed the property with the plan to hold long term. With the high demand for similar properties, the Seller chose to take advantage of historically low cap rates and agreed to sell.
